Anti-human CD34
Staining of normal human peripheral blood mononuclear cells with FITC anti-human CD45 (HI30) (cat. 11-0459) and Alexa Fluor® 647 Mouse IgG1, K Iso Cntrl (cat. 51-4714) (left) or Alexa Fluor® 647 anti-human CD34 (4H11) (right). Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.
Anti-human CD133
Staining of normal human peripheral blood mononuclear cells with FITC anti-human CD45 (HI30) (cat. 11-0459) and PE Mouse IgG2b Iso Cntrl (cat. 12-4732) (left) or PE anti-human CD133 / AC133 (EMK08) (right). Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.
293T (lanes 1 and 3) or human CD133-transduced 293T (lanes 2 and 4) cell lysates either non-reduced (lanes 1 and 2) or reduced (lanes 3 and 4) were loaded at 1X105 cells/lane, probed with 2 ug/ml purified EMK08, and revealed with HRP anti-mouse IgG.
Anti-mouse Nanog
Quantitative Assessment of Embryonic Stem (ES) Cell Differentiation by Flow Cytometry
Down Regulation of Nanog in Differentiated Cells:Flow cytometric analysis of Nanog in either untreated (left panel) or treated (right panel) F9 cells . Cells were cultured for three days with All-Trans-Retinoic Acid and then stained with either Alexa Fluor® 647 isotype control (Cat. No. 51-4321, open histogram) or Alexa Fluor® 647 Anti-Mouse Nanog (Cat. No. 51-5761, shaded histogram) using the Foxp3 Buffer Set (Cat. No. 00-5523).
